Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. In the case of a no call no show, or same day cancellation, you will be responsible for 100% of the service fee, which will be charged to the card on file. If the card is taken off file, OR doesn't go through, you will be unable to book future appointments with Tanning Wishes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
